Vitanica values the relationships with its partners, and appreciates all efforts to maintain the high‐quality reputation of products the company is known for.

MAP Policy

As of January 2019, Vitanica’s official Minimum Advertised Pricing policy requests:

Online and on‐shelf sales are not to advertise nor list any Vitanica Retail label product at less than 90% of the MSRP. There is no established maximum pricing amount above the MSRP.

Temporary promotional agreements are acceptable with authorization from Vitanica and are an exception to the general MAP policy standards. However, these are temporary and pre‐established with Vitanica.

Violators of the MAP policy are subject to a temporary suspension of business until Vitanica sees evidence of MAP policy standards being adhered to by the seller.

Third-Party Distribution Policy

As of January 2019, Vitanica’s official Distribution Policy requests:

Vitanica products are intended for sale via brick and mortar locations and authorized websites which the brick and mortar location controls. Authorized websites would include (1) the customer’s website which carries the customer’s business name, and (2) the customer’s website which carries another name but which only the customer supplies products to. Unauthorized websites are those which multiple companies are providing product(s) to, typically called third‐party sites, the largest of which are Amazon, Walmart, eBay, etc.

Violators of the Distribution policy are subject to a temporary suspension of business until Vitanica sees evidence of Distribution policy standards being adhered to by the seller.
